Change of Mind
We can change/cancel your order only before 1 hours have passed from your purchase. After 1 hour, we can't change/cancel your order because it automatically is fulfilled and being processed for shipment.
We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
If 30 days have gone by since the shipping company marked your package as delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. Our Shipping information is provided on the product page, and on the shipping FAQ page. It explains that the shipping takes between 2-4 weeks

Please note, If your item/s is/are damaged/faulty, you will be required to send a photo/video evidence. Without this evidence, we will not be able to process your return/refund request.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 3 business day, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please keep in mind there's a 30% RESTOCKING FEE for material returned. 30% restocking fee is to cover our costs picking, shipping and then processing the return on the item. The credit will be processed within 14 days from when we receive said item.
If the recipient refuses the package, unwilling to pay customs fees or package is deemed undeliverable, there will be a 30% refusement fee charge to the customer and original shipping charges is non-refundable

• The reason for your return. (If a picture would better describe your issue, please attach it to the message. We have simple, quick solutions for just about any common problem.)
• Any feedback you’d like to provide. (Your suggestions will help us understand how we can improve our products and services, and prevent any issues that you may have run into from happening again.)
After you submit your request, we’ll get back to you within 3 days with further return instructions as necessary.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns or replacements. For any product valued over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, we'll process a refund to your original method of payment. If your return is not accepted or subject to a non-credit for any of the reasons stated below, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and take the next steps to find a resolution that works for everyone.
Please note the following return and refund exceptions:
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return. [except faulty/damaged products]
• Due to government regulations and the hygienic nature of our products, we need to thoroughly inspect, process and sanitize every returned item. For these reasons, some products may not be eligible for a refund if they are opened, used, or not in sellable condition.
• Customer returns incur a restocking fee of 20% to offset our shipping and handling, warehouse, re-boxing and other product restoration costs. (For international orders, additional fees may apply.)
• Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
